 Kevin Buckman, Vice President of One-to-One Marketing and Field Training
 Kevin’s expertise includes procedure, program organization and system analysis, and he has 
 been instrumental in the ongoing success of Market America’s National Meeting, Training and 
 Seminar System (NMTSS). Kevin also leads and coordinates One-to-One Marketing functions 
 by developing and implementing long-term strategy, overseeing marketing activities against 
 sales objectives, designing certification training curriculum and teaching effective training solutions for Field Certified Trainers to support the company’s fundamental objectives.
 Amanda Ridinger, CEO/Founder of Conquer Entertainment®
 Amanda is the mastermind behind Conquer Entertainment®. Her passion for music 
 promotion bloomed four years ago as she saw how MySpace gave artists the ability to   
 take control of their own futures. Amanda’s vision since Day One has been to create a 
 system that lets artists publish and promote their own music, grow their fanbases, and 
 still be compensated fairly for record sales. She is getting closer to that dream through the success of Shiragirl, a group of artists actively involved with Conquer Entertainment since its launch in early February of 2010. 
 Lydia Martinez, Director of Field Development for TLS®

 Jeremy Fennema, Director of Internet Services & Training
 Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in physics and math, completed graduate work in 
 biophysics and biochemistry at the University of Illinois and Johns Hopkins University, and

 e-business Integration Specialist for GE. Jeremy currently focuses on helping individuals

 Lisa Kostka, Director of Sales for Motives®
 Lisa's expertise includes more than 23 years of experience training makeup artists and 
 estheticians on makeup application, skincare product knowledge, and how to increase 
 sales. As Director of Sales for Motives, Lisa has a strong passion for helping people grow 
 their business and build better client relationships for long-term success. Lisa truly
